Burrows Family

The Burrows family developed much of the Aldwick Bay Estate and Craigwell private estate including most of the 2.5km private foreshore from Pagham to West Bognor, and have built approximately 50% of the new seafront properties over the last 40 years. They are proud that many of the new dwellings are now designated within conservation areas, and the foreshore is a SSSI.

  • A large proportion of the West of Bognor was developed by the Burrows family. 

​

  • Currently 17 live planning applications in Arun.

​

  • Complex redevelopment  of their land in Birmingham city centre involving reconnection of the public realm to River Rea and the formation of c2000 homes.
